Tomas Rosenthal
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Rosenthal is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hampshire Properties. A respected industry veteran, he has steered the company since its first investment in 1988 in a fifteen-unit Brooklyn apartment building to its current holdings valued at approximately $1 billion.
Mr. Rosenthal who emigrated from Germany in 1977 resides in Brooklyn with his wife, where they raised three children.
Daniel Rosenthal
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Before joining his family’s investment firm in 2007, Daniel Rosenthal was a property manager at K & J Management. He began his career with the Carlton Group at the age of 23 after earning an MS in Real Estate from NYU and a BS in Business and Management from Brooklyn College.
A native New Yorker, Daniel lives in Long Island with his wife and four children.
Robert Rosenthal
PRESIDENT OF NORTHLINK CAPITAL
Robert has been with Hampshire since 2003 and currently heads the company’s development affiliate which is active in both ground up development and major rehab of both residential and commercial properties. Prior to that, he was active in other facets of the company, including asset management, acquisitions and financing.
