President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rosenthal is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hampshire Properties. A respected industry veteran, he has steered the company since its first investment in 1988 in a fifteen-unit Brooklyn apartment building to its current holdings of office buildings, industrial properties and multi-family complexes across the United States and Canada, valued at approximately $1 billion. Prior to launching Hampshire Properties, Mr. Rosenthal worked in real estate management for ten years.
Mr. Rosenthal who emigrated from Germany in 1977 resides in Brooklyn. They have three married children.
Chief Operating Officer
Daniel is the Chief Operating Officer of Hampshire Properties, where he is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company and guiding Asset Management. Before joining his family’s investment firm in 2007, Mr. Rosenthal was a property manager at K & J Management. He began his career with the Carlton Group at the age of 23 after earning an MS in real estate from NYU and a BS in business and management from Brooklyn College. A native New Yorker, Mr. Rosenthal lives in Long Island with his wife and four children.
